How selection works
Every step is run by HR, with the head of the department joining for the technical interview. Tap a step for details.
Send your CV with a cover letter or a motivational video. HR reviews every application.
Candidates for Marketing, Research and AI for Finance receive a test from HR, to return by a set deadline.
No test for HR and Events.
A conversation with HR about your motivation, fit and soft skills.
For HR and Events, this is the first interview.
For departments with a test: you present your work to the head of the department and discuss your reasoning.
